Rental rates are based on the type of event, rental duration, and the space you choose – so you’ll know exactly what’s included before you book.
We proudly welcome:​
Starting at $900
Perfect for lower-impact events such as corporate meetings, trainings, workshops, conferences, board meetings, networking events, nonprofit gatherings, luncheons, and smaller daytime celebrations.
To qualify for this rate, the event must meet all Meetings & Daytime Event criteria, including no alcohol service, an event end time no later than 7:00 p.m., and no activities or circumstances that would otherwise qualify the event as Social & Premium.

Ideal for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, galas, fundraisers, evening receptions, class reunions, large social gatherings

An event will be classified as Social & Premium if it includes any of the following: Alcohol service, events ending after 7:00 p.m., more than 100 guests, DJ or live entertainment, dancing, wedding ceremonies or receptions, fundraisers or galas, events requiring security.
