The Ford Foundation’s US$1 billion social bond sold in June 2020 included US$85 million to create America’s Cultural Treasures, a program to support Black, Latino, Asian, and Indigenous arts and culture organizations. Several other foundations provided additional funding to raise approximately US$75 million more.
