Thank You for Your Interest in the Collage Dance Conservatory!

Your Prospective Student Form has been received. This form does not confirm enrollment, but it allows our team to follow up with you directly about next steps. The information below outlines everything you need to confidently plan your dancer’s next steps with Collage.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

All prospective families will receive a phone call from a member of our team to discuss placement and answer questions. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours, feel free to contact us at (901) 800-1873.
Enrollment for new students will open in July 2026.
You will receive an invitation to register via email.
Families are also welcome to stop by for a tour of the Center at anytime.

Best times to visit:

Ages 2-6: Fridays, 4:30–7:00 PM or Saturdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Ages 7+: Monday–Thursday, 4:30–7:00 PM or Saturdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Programs You Can Join Now

Creative Movement (Ages 2–4)

A great entry point for our youngest dancers.
The next semester begins August 2026.
Registration opens to new families in July 2026.

Open Teen Ballet (Ages 11+ with no experience)

Enrollment is rolling, and students may begin at any time.
Summer Intensives (Ages 5 and up)

REGISTRATION WEEK invites interested families to formally register their student(s) for enrollment in the upcoming term. We invite you to save these dates:

Program Placement

Placement is based on your dancer’s age and experience, with some students requiring a brief assessment.

Please note:

Jazz, Tap, and West African classes begin at age 7, with placement based on age and ability.

Tuition can be paid in full or in 7 monthly payments (July – Jan).

SCHOLARSHIPS

Collage offers financial and merit-based scholarships on an as needed basis. To express your interest in receiving a scholarship for your student please email theschool@collagedance.org.

Thank you for your interest in the Collage Dance Conservatory. Registration for Creative Movement, for ages 2 – 4, is now open.

Please complete the form below to begin the pre-registration process for the upcoming term of Creative Movement, beginning February 7, 2025, or the 2025 – 26 term for all ages. All families interested in the fall term and who complete the Prospective Student Form will be invited to a Community Open House taking place in March 2025.
